房间有老鼠！一晚上细细簌簌爬来跑去！满窗子的老鼠屎！一晚上没睡觉，因为有小朋友等早上九点起来后退房，经理说半夜发现老鼠的只能退半天房费，我们不同意结果酒店就不管事了，连一个出来说事的人都没有就无视我们
