建筑风格不错，四星级酒店获得鲁班奖。内部设施中规中矩，老牌的四星酒店。周边繁华，吃的不少，离回民街也不是很远。想转转的话还可以去城墙和钟楼，综合来说性价比还是可以的。

迄今为止在携程网上定的最差的四星级酒店了，除了大堂有点像四星，一进房间就有股很大的烟味，地毯脏兮兮的，床单和被套破了个洞，我几乎以为西安的酒店都是这么差了，真不知道这四星是怎么评的！

卫生很差，入住时地毯很脏，好像没有打扫，还有前面住客扔的赃物，马桶也很脏，别说4星，三星酒店都不达不到，服务台态度很差，问话时爱理不理，即使回答也是不耐烦口气，非常失望。位置还可以。
