1、洗澡热水奇小无比，勉强洗好澡，还好是夏天，如果再过一段时间洗澡绝对着凉。2、预订时体现三早，以为可住三个人，结果只有一张床，之前和酒店销售预订部直接电话，说已经有大小床，让我们放心过来住，结果晚上11点到酒店，发现还是只有一张床，前台服务员和客房值班服务员说并没有人事先交代，虽然之后及时加床，但是做完已经快晚上12点了，加上洗澡水问题，体验并不佳。3、看到晚间客房值班小姑娘跑上跑下解决客人问题，于心不冷，当晚酒店好像基本满房，为什么值班人手不追加，因为人手少导致客人不满意得不偿失。4、客房设施较陈旧，设备比较老化，建议及时更换，包括有的插头可能是早前设计，位置并不好，给手机充电并不方便，建议重新调整。5、尽管如此，前台和客房服务员态度好，热情，特别是给我们加床的楼层服务员工作认真，值得表扬。就是好像因为应答时前台没听到却在呵斥她。同事之间应当互有爱心。
