大冬天没有暖气，被子薄的像张纸，盖了被子孩子还冻的鼻子不透气，给前台打了五个电话，前台一直推诿说让工程过来帮看看给调一下，结果等了一个多小时，在我们的一再交涉下，终于来了，告诉我们实话说暖气只有刚入住给一会儿，现在已经关了不会给送了！不给你不早说，让我们不能睡觉一直一直等着，现在终于明白他家为什么评价这么低的分了，昨天如果不是定的急，订好之后才想起来去看评价，无论如何是不会选他家的，坑爹啊！
