淋浴的水全从侧面出来了，你们教教我该怎么洗，因为是晚上去酒店的太累了就懒得找前台，第二张是客房的地面，最后一张预订的时候明明写的礼包活动退房延至14点，结果11点多前台就打电话催退房，我问他礼包延迟退房的事，她一句酒店里没有得12点退房就了事了，如果没有礼包干嘛还要挂在艺龙上，入住了才说没有明显是坑人！

房间的空调不好使，地毯很旧了，最不好的是，电视都不能看。本来是想晚上看比赛的。唯一的好处是，交通方便。前台还是挺好

到店说房子还没打扫好，让下午两点来，肯定有。下午两点去，前台磨磨蹭蹭的开了房，找到房间竟然是刚有人退的，乱的还没有打扫，等到三点。大半夜的，下水道声音跟打雷一样。早上退房，前台直接默认我没有预付，直接从押金里扣钱。醉了，，
