    1、设施较新，因为2012年年中刚开业； 2、同档次，价格稍高，譬如单人间如果价格在250-300之间比较合适； 3、位置优越，但门头不是特别明显； 4、服务员态度热情，但是专业度有待提升，譬如出门时较大打扫卫生，1小时后回来依然没有打扫，过会来打扫时，只打了个招呼说，要打扫卫生，再到离开，无一句礼貌语言。 5、前台态度热情，但也缺乏专业度，比如结账时，账单中有多余消费，提出异议，前台两次态度生硬的说，肯定是你消费了，结果最后是弄错了。在没有落实的情况下，为什么敢这么肯定……不解。 6、酒店和办公楼在一起，所以到了每一层，需要刷卡，才能进房间区域，这个称赞一下。
