订的房间 到的时候 说人家没有退。让我们等四个小时 才有房子 然后说有一间普通的 然后住进去 房间小 没窗户 空调开到十一度 室内温度一直30度 第二天换了房间 房间卫生差 马桶没有打扫干净 有异味 其他的还行
