前一天下午4点左右入住，第二天早上9点有大叔用房卡把反锁的房门打开了……在房间内反复强调有人入住的，还是把门打开了。打电话到前台，前台说不知道怎么了。一小时后来个人又敲门，说不好意思前台搞错了以为我们退房了，让人敲了我们的门。是敲门吗？是直接在我们阻止时打开门的好不好？道歉都这么没诚意。以后绝对不会再去了！
