前台服务差，房间说的是大床房但是这也太小了吧！有种别坑了的感觉，而且浴室里面的毛巾看着干净整洁但是打开以后彻底傻眼了里面有油，洗手间居然水是冲不了的更尴尬，就这么一个房间170多？这也太不符合了吧！总是太差了

出差路过这里，住宿觉得酒店环境比较陈旧，服务很差，打个发票等了40分钟，只是在汤峪泡温泉觉得找个舒适的酒店住宿， 希望能提供

房间卫生不咋样，空调噪音超大不说，还不咋制热，房子一晚上都是冷的。想给前台打个电话还要跑到电梯口打，因为房子里的电话压根没线。早饭~~~呵呵！如果早餐卷能退几块钱的话还是退了吧！

**，这是什么酒店！外面凉风习习，里面跟火炉一样，一个破空调和拖拉机一样！这样的房子都不如农家乐，居然要160多。更可狠的是明明1.5米的床怎么说是1.8米?明明是个不足10平米的小房子怎么说成大床间！半夜醒来几次，本来出来玩好好的心情被搞的一团糟！补充一句，wf信号若成了0，根本无法用，半夜只想骂娘！
