艺龙说有窗户，图片也有，，但实际上根本没有，叫调换说没有房间什么的，一堆借口，其实晚上还有入住的，睁眼说瞎话。房间里烟味大的要死，可以当做火车站的吸烟室了，这酒店，还是不去的好。

一个星都不想给，设施老旧，浴室漏水，订的商务大床房，入住的时候明明说了要安静一点的房间，前台说这个房间很安静！商务大床房的窗子居然被一面墙给封的死死的，半点阳光没有！最可气的是旁边是KTV,一晚上吵得睡不着觉！还告诉我这个房间安静？请问哪里安静？睁眼睁到后半夜3点多，隔音实在太差！早上刚睡着，楼道上的声音特别大，隔音效果呢？非常失败的住宿！早餐也非常一般！

夜间投宿，告诉我所定房型没有了，并且非要说是他们把艺龙上大床房关闭了而且标间和大床一个价钱。说爱住不住，让我们自己在艺龙上退房他们不做任何解释。房间里地摊上潮虫赛跑，一脚踩到两个。退房特别磨蹭。垃圾真的垃圾

本来想住的是商务酒店，价格也不便宜，各方面一定都不错，可入住后发现卫生还可以，也还安静，就是儿子晚上洗澡时发现没有热水，孩子没跟我说，洗完了才说，我又去放了几分钟还是没热水，更可气的是儿子因为洗了冷水澡感冒了，又花了三百元看病，等于住了个星级宾馆，真是无语了，也不知道开热水洗澡是不是还有其他开关没打开，大家入住前一定要注意了，其他都还可以，早点一般。
