    这是西安住过的4个酒店中最舒心的，装修风格和服务都作的很好，知道我带小孩了还特意送了一双小孩的拖鞋。房间很大，毛巾床被都是新的，我订了两间两天，毛巾和床单天天更换了，另外还送了个小孩的早餐，交通方便，楼下就是地铁D出口，去大雁塔和博物馆都很方便，总的来说，体验很棒，推荐大家入住。

    我过来住了一个星期通过前台协调价格优惠，环境优雅，贴心服务，朋友带孩子过来又加了房间两个晚上，前台推荐网上中午一点左右下单会优惠很多，真的是哟（亲们可以参考）地铁二号线市图书馆D出口下左后方100米即可

    酒店非常差！1.酒店的设施很旧，窗帘都是破的，门锁也是坏的。2.酒店隔音效果特别差，一晚上都是走廊的箱子拖声和高跟鞋的声音。3.酒店很小，就一层，房间也小，洗手间和床都不是分开的，没有私密性。4.酒店洗澡的等了十分钟才有热水，空调既然摆在床头，根本不能用。5.这么差的条件，费用还不低，感觉不到有4星的标准。

    服务很贴心细致，我对枕头特别挑剔，前台为我选择了好几款零压房的枕头试用，比起其它酒店的普通枕头真的不知道要好多少倍，晚上睡得很踏实，其它的设施也非常齐全，还发现酒店属于零压联盟酒店，以前在其它城市住过零压房，没想到去西安也有，下次还选这家酒店！
