Check in后，发现门卡无法使用，前台嬉皮笑脸的告诉我没制好卡，我办入住的时候只有我一个人办理，前台两个服务员，竟然也可以出现疏忽，更让人恶心的是，开到前台一点歉意都没有，素质极差！！！！
