当天晚上12点半到酒店，刚把小孩洗漱完就停水了，打电话去酒店客服说半个小时解决，等了一个小时还是没水，再次打电话去客服又说正在解决，半个小时来水，等到4点都没来水，服务太差，一直不给解决，打电话给客户也没解决
