一进门就感觉有一种范，老的酒店管理模式，有种老三星的感觉。酒店设施有点陈旧，很多年未装修了。其他卫生还是可以的，退房要查房（已经好几年没碰到退房查房了）

酒店位置相当不错，离西安站不远（虽然我是做高铁的，不在西安站做），离回民街也不算远（2.7公里），天气凉的话，走路过去还是可以接受的。离陕西省政府也很近 。出门地铁，公交，打车都很方便。

尚德大厦(火车站五路地铁站店)房间小，里格外拥挤，空调制冷效果不好，躁音特大，屋里设备陈旧，床靠背污迹斑斑。

首先，进入酒店大厅，因为我是凌晨到的，前台竟然空岗，我在前台问了大概能有15分钟左右才有工作人员出来接待，其次，办理入住时，一副爱理不理人的样子，现在这个网络时代，必须让交现金押金，我说没有现金，她说隔壁就是银行，让我去取，要不然就把身份证压在前台。请问，身份证是随便可以压放的的吗，最后再说到了房间，说借个充电器，又是必须100现金押金，我也是够够的，亲们，慎重选择
