我是晚上23点入住的403，房子里面很冷，空调开了好几个小时，没感觉到热，不敢光着身子。由于早上我要赶车，起来以后没热水，给前台打电话，前台说坏了，我说也没凉水啊，前台说派个人过来看一下，派过来的那个人说这个房间的水就是这样。希望大家以后都不要去蜗牛商务酒店，让这种黑店没法开下去，我花了134，就住这样的酒店，我会一直投诉下去的。

卫生差，设备老化，尤其是被子没有洗干净，不舒服。喝水茶杯里面都有一层灰尘，我问前台，前台说洗洗就能用。服务员态度不好。这样的情况就只值一半的钱。
