31度的天气连个空调都没有，反映了好久前台一点反应都没有，什么处理方法都没有，给一颗星都浪费，早餐的东西特别少，三四百价位的酒店连个如家都不如

离大雁塔和芙蓉园很近，方便游玩。房间很安静也很宽敞，设施较好。但淋浴房没有隔断，比较滑，要注意安全。

地段好，离大雁塔、大唐芙蓉园、曲江很近，步行三、五分钟就到，晚上可到大雁塔北广场看音乐喷泉。周边有很多饭店和酒吧，吃饭很方便。虽位于闹市区，但酒店很安静，三楼有个不错的空中花园，适合饭后蹓弯。房间挺宽畅的，没有异味，床垫很舒服。三个缺点：一是淋浴区和马桶没有隔断，不方便，老人容易滑倒；二是服务员清扫不到位，第二天晚上回到房间看到洗脸池还有好几根头发，镜子上和水龙头上水渍较多，用过的吹风机没有整理归位。三是早餐很简单，没多少选择。

地理位置中心，但周边吃的比较少，酒店是新开业的缘故吧，先是电出问题，之后网络有不流畅了 跟着房卡也刷不了了，望酒店管理及时提高。
