落脚西安 整体失望 酒店有地上停车场 房间硬件也是不错的 但是软件问题很突出 一是入住后其中一间房间竟然没有清理 房务来人后 却一再问我怎么回事 我不明白这是什么意思 后表示这是早班人员失误 和她没有关系 互相推诿严重 二是更换房间后 新房间卫生间有很大异味 看来酒店清理房间并没有后续检查人员 三是房务检查新房间卫生间异味后表示马上处理 但等了二十分钟竟然还没回来 此时已经晚上十点
