酒店服务非常好，到达酒店办理入住时前台发现旅行社预订的名字不是我，服务人员给孩子倒上酸梅汁，经过沟通了解，很快办理了入住。br酒店房间简约干净，因为孩子呼吸道对灰尘棉絮容易过敏，客房是地板，不是一般大酒店那种地摊，让我很是惊喜，卫生设施也很好，大床房的床很大，两大一小绝对没问题，电视机也很大，频道很多，但是空调不能调温度，西安昼夜温差很大，晚上空调太冷了，只能关了睡觉，居然还要盖被子。卫生打扫的很及时很干净，牙刷等一次性物品质量也不错。br早餐品种丰富，选择比较多，味道也很好。br去鼓楼钟楼等出酒店几百米远就是土楼大厦站台，还比较方便。酒店周围吃的也比较多，对面有长安小镇，瑞祺祥灌汤包，走个十多分钟还有西安饭庄分店，当年张学良邀请周总理的。旁边有华润超市购物方便。br对于这次的入住非常满意。
