这个酒店位置较好，离地铁500米左右，离回民街也比较近，到酒店还有酸梅汤喝，感觉很好，前台也比较热情，特别是小王，热情帮助我们安排几天的旅游路线。在离店的时候忘记退押金，前台小白及时沟通，完美解决了这个问题，在此一并感谢您。

前台服务态度也非常好，特别是叫张妮妮的女孩，很有耐心的帮我们办理入住，等待期间还告诉我们冰箱里有免费酸梅汤，可以先喝一杯冰镇的解解渴，除了酸梅汤，前台还有许多护手霜，洗面奶，防晒等护肤品，一应俱全，方便

在网上预订的豪华双床房。很好的酒店。酒店位于主干道路旁边，交通方便，距离地铁站和公交车站很近。酒店房间崭新明亮、干净卫生、设备较新。要特别感谢前台的服务员，尤其要感谢前台的塔克，在办理入住时，耐心地帮我们换房间、挑选房间，直至我们满意为止。还要感谢服务员赵春梅，利用晚上自己休息的时间，多次来房间为我们送来矿泉水，满足我们的需求。如果下次有机会再来西安，一定还住这家酒店。
