此酒店服务太差，行事霸道。桶装方便面底部塑料袋被打开，一定认为是现顾客造成的。而拖鞋少一双，给顾客补一下；网络联不上，要求顾客联机场的；问服务员，服务员说我都认真检查过了。试问：如果都认真检查过了，拖鞋为什么会少一双？如果都认真检查过了，网络WIFI为什么会联不上。 一个不认真反思自己酒店服务的酒店，出问题就是顾客的，顾客争就是素质差，掏钱就可以。这是什么管理？
