第一晚住进去，水笼头是坏的，不能洗澡，晚上下半夜，应急灯一直报警，吵得人睡不着觉，最主要的是明明入住了，却一直不给确认入住，下次不会再住了。

一开始预定后就给酒店打了电话问几点能办理入住，她们说一般都八点。因为我是早上凌晨四点多就下火车了，当时西安又下雨，在肯德基待到六点，在想去酒店吧，办理不了入住就在大厅坐会呗，哪知道哪里的前台💁美女那么好，那么好，到哪快七点了，她就帮我找到了我预定的单子，帮忙办理了入住，而且服务态度特别好，满意满意。
