总体来说酒店环境不错，窗很大，也很干净，就是晚上房间灯有点暗，靠窗冲着路能听到车声，感觉还可以吧，离大雁塔和陕西历史博物馆都很近

服务态度不错。就是管理太差。卫生不好。早上保洁保安一上班满楼叮咣作响。不管客人醒没醒。地毯上全是污渍。最让人不能理解的是一楼卫生间。就在服务台后面。坐在前台对面沙发上，尿骚味冲鼻子。
