服务态度太差，前台的客服人员态度特别不好，都带着嘲笑的表情，到那儿给酒店打电话问车停哪儿，她们也不确认有没有车位就说好像没了，让我们找地方停车，外面停车一小时三块钱，到了他们酒店发现门口好多停车位，们找了好半天停车场，

酒店环境糟糕透了，挂羊头卖狗肉。酒店的收费标准，坐着旅馆的生意。服务意识很差。房间特别冷，隔音效果也很差。提醒广大旅友不要上当受骗。
