到了酒店告知预订的房间没有了，明明在艺龙已经预订成功！无奈之下又让加钱住的其他房型。之后和艺龙沟通，告知说为什么当时不打电话，无语了！奇葩的艺龙服务态度极差，工号51891的客服更加态度恶劣

酒店在创业咖啡街旁边，位置很是方便，有地铁还有机场大巴，打出租车也是可以的。前台服务态度很好，很热情，介绍的很是详细。服务很是贴心，房间入住的时候告诉我已提前安排好并打开空调了，进入房间很是暖和，这服务真是太周到了。房间卫生也很是干净整洁，住的很舒服，特别不错的一次旅途，很不错的。下次有机会了还会来他们家的，挺好挺好。
