酒店太棒了，老工厂改造的气氛浓郁，充斥着新老的对比，人性细节也很棒，每天送的小吃和水果，一句温暖的话语，虽然简单，但是温馨，早餐也很棒，特别是早餐的面，好吃呀！！很好的服务，很好的环境，有机会去了还会选择这里！！

酒店和房间很漂亮。有特色，床品特别舒适，希腊的一个品牌，早餐可以。位置在高新，环境好。左右客高新店是系列酒店的老大，获得过中国酒店最佳设计奖，以42万砖组成。服务也很好，特别是王雅经理，主动加了微信，无微不至。有一天早起高铁，还提前准备了丰富的早餐。每晚有面膜和小饼干送。洗护用品咯是欧舒丹，很舒服。

左右客每家酒店风格都不一样，高新店感觉像个小城堡，我和同事一直拍拍拍～卫生间的智能马桶很赞，一般5星级大酒店才有哦

服务热情周到，在酒店内每位员工都打招呼问候，帮提拿行李，有求必应。大堂内的欢迎茯茶，新鲜的水果，还有儿时的不老林糖，和酒店的复古文艺风相得益彰。房间内的设施也是很有品味，全自动马桶，乳胶床垫，尤其是他们家的拖鞋，舒服，比住过的五星级酒店的还好。前台波波先生服务热情，值得推荐。
