环境设施和消费标准符合，早餐很好，环境也不错，就是前台的接待服务没有微笑，好像谁都欠她几百万，还没礼貌，我说声谢谢是对她工作的肯定和赞扬，她却脸拉的老长，还不言语，难道她父母和酒店都没教过前台接待，客人说谢谢，她应该说不客气，这是她该做的吗？
