前台服务特好，入住环境很舒服，有小品点缀，很有意境！还准备了一张温馨提示卡，上面告知为住客准备免费的公交卡、加湿器、自拍杆等免费用品，考虑的很周到，很喜欢这里！

酒店服务还是很到位的，服务员态度非常好，这一点应该点赞。离大雁塔很近，出行也比较方便。酒店有一个硬缺陷，洗澡水忽冷忽热，这次让孩子体验了冰火两重天，这个方面给予差评，可以改得更好。水池太高了，女人孩子用起来都别扭。总体评分对得住网上评价，推荐指数四星

真的特别好，干净安静隔音好，停车方便，前台靳萌，李文涛，早上帮我们退房的时候特别好。还有林康晚上帮我停车，特别好的服务，房间干净wifi快热水热，以后来西安就定点啦～
