房子很干净！服务态度也很好！是新疆办事处的酒店！也很安静！鞋子，什么都是小过毒的。唯一不足就是房间毛巾有点旧！还有就是附近在城区新建有点不好走！其他都很好！离钟鼓楼！火车站！大差市！五路口！都很近！

设施比较老，特别是从卫生间就能看出，还有浴缸，洗浴的水不大，洗的不是很舒服；
服务人员的服务很到位，也很贴心；酒店在新疆政府驻西安办事处（红会社区）内，个人感觉不太好找，周围环境蛮安静的；离钟楼还有有一定距离的，不过打个出租车也就在起步价内；十一去西安玩，住了3晚，洗的衣服只能勉强在屋内一挂，要晾衣服据说还要跑的屋顶，感觉很不方便，希望酒店方能考虑下……
总之不推荐年轻人入住此类酒店

酒店距离大雁塔较近，还离一个旅游区也比较近，如果旅游的话，挺方便的，服务很好，挺周到的，交通还是蛮方便的，出门很方便
