299元的房间，和那招待所没区别，拖鞋都没一次性的，空调运行不了，用房间座机打给前台，前台给你来个听不见。到前台去告知服务员，服务员就来一句知道了。房间厕所异味很重，床单被罩相当陈旧，房间地毯估计看着恶心。真心不是黑这家店，是这花这钱不值。

宾馆房间的空间还好，但设施太差，没有一次性拖鞋，没有吹风机，刚入住进去的时候，里面有种发霉的味道，床头柜抽屉里就有烟头和烟灰，住了几天一直没人擦床头柜里面，浴室的沐浴液完了也没人更换。

前台服务员态度极差，当场在网上预定房间，服务台告知网上预定房间两小时后才能入住，这不纯扯淡吗？理论一会才让我进入房间，当时我订的是单间大床，服务台告诉我没有了，只能给你标间，明显网上显示多着，旁边另外一个服务员不知道情况，给我开了个单间大床，我质疑另一前台服务员，你刚才不是说没有单间大床，她怎么能给我开出了？问啥，她们都是不知道，头都不抬，态度差，感觉像黑店。
