性价比高，感觉是政府招待所，停车场挺宽，香氛系统不错，外面看着旧，里面还比较新，该有的都有。
服务不是很满意，入住的时候房间里只有一瓶水，烧水壶里还有半壶水不知道是多久的。第二天早上出门的时候想喝水，看见两个清洁阿姨推着清洁车在门口就说能不能先给我们一瓶，待会房间里少放一瓶就行了，结果坚决不给……只说等会清洁房间会给你们放，说了几次无果。

服务人员态度:热情周到人性化，真正做到了时时为顾客着想，入住止园有宾至如归到家的感受非常好，地理位置靠近鼓楼及北大街，环境幽静，花草树木成荫，空气清新沁人心脾，下次一定光临
