订房后，去入住酒店办理，酒店在空调已坏或维修中的情况下并未告之正在办理入住的我们，结果到现在零晨1点了，除了告之你空调在维修，抱歉，不能确定什么时候修好外，连个电风扇也提供不了，纯属欺骗消费者!你空调有问题，当时办入住你都不说一声这是何居心。强列抗议!经常出门在外的我第一次碰到如此欺人之事!
