真的差，订的标准间说好保留一整晚，现在到酒店又没有标准间只有大床房，真是垃圾中的垃圾，艺龙也是垃圾，打电话说我现在入住了就行了。一点也没有为客户着想，评论完这条我直接卸载掉艺龙。

不满意，房间里到处都是收费的东西，入住前交200押金，早上着急退房还得各种检查，前台给房卡时整个明天12点前必须退房，真有意思，我稀罕你这还是我续不起房费啊？用不着你提醒，真的特别不舒服，网上订个家庭房，结果前面的几个标间全可以免费升级，朋友们用不着多花60定家庭房了，等他家给免费升级吧。

环境非常不错，装潢的也很有西安古都的风味，很干净，前台小姑娘人长得很好服务态度也很棒哦！听其他客人说入住体验也很好，赞一个！
