距离珍珠湾的海边比较近，距离厦门大学宿舍去也比较近，所以吃的东西很多也比较便宜，距离曾厝垵也比较近。房间很大空调很好热水很好很方便。还有一个好处就是出门的时候空调不断电所以在这么炎热的天气回到家就能很凉爽是一件很不错的事情哦。

位置很好，很快就能到海边。房间布草相当干净，淋浴水也很大，关键是安静！

硬件不错，位置距离环岛路，炮台，厦大都不远，安全性超高，武警站岗。唯一需要改进的就是客服电话打不通，问酒店，酒店也不知道

优点:地点好，离厦大，曾厝垵，海边都很近；安静，安全，门口有武警站岗；总台服务态度好。缺点:挂厦大度假酒店牌子，与厦大没半毛钱关系，实为武警疗养院；设施为招待所水准，近六百元的价格实在说不过去；早餐7:30-8:30，时间太短太早。
