酒店设施很新，酒店6层，在厦门理工学院内，与派出所法院街办为邻，近校门口，24小时门卫，出门左边就是公交站，距厦门大学，南普陀寺，植物园都很近，房间较小，衣柜很小，卫生间约4平米，出门右边餐饮水果小吃非常方便，但吃饭不便宜，较附近的如家全季等酒店环境好的多。是出游的上好选择，建议入住。
