位置非常好，就在双子塔内。房间还可以很新的。厦大、南普陀等几个景点都是走路就可以到，就在海边海景无敌。是公寓式的，感觉是收了一些小业主的房子再挂网上出租。所以呢有些地方考虑不周，比如房间电视机、热水器、洗衣机的使用，都是分了几次打电话才问到的，应该带人进房间的时候就做好说明。第一天来不知道要打开热水器，结果晚上等了很久才有热水洗。周边吃饭很方便，有不少特色小店，有家叫“凉房”的很不错，得到挑食的父子俩一致赞赏。

黑民宿！千万别去！去了你就后悔，其实就是个日租房，然后没有营业执照的日租旅馆，尤其女孩子最危险，他们还安装了偷窥摄像头！去了的尽量报警！

热水洗了一个人就没水了，等了半小时才能洗，房间环境一般，沙发布置之类的没什么心意，没有一次性拖鞋，没有前台服务的酒店式公寓对于游客来讲，还是要谨慎选择

和朋友一家出行，入住感觉非常好!离厦大很近，楼下就是观景台，沿海滨栈道走一路风景很棒!地标建筑，公寓内也很好，订的海景房，视野很好!

一直都忘记评论了，旅行一结束就忙忘了。房间里设备很齐全，环境干净，最重要的是视野很好，正对着鼓浪屿的公园。第一次住海景房，体验不错，很满意。
