1、预订了两晚，海景双人床，床为1.5米，3大人带3小孩（两个1岁，1个2岁的），之前抱的希望太大，到了酒店大厅就失望了，物业告知自己联系酒店下楼来接方可进去（这个我是理解的），打了电话酒店工作到了后，没感到一点热情（公寓酒店嘛）肯定不能和其他酒店相比的。
2、预订的房间和实际入住有差距，其：我们一行人一进电梯，工作人员问我们订了几个房间，能不能住下，床是1.5米／张，1.2米／张，因为去得时候已经是晚上7点半左右了，又是临近五一，最终告知同样的房间没有了。
3、房间家具及玻璃器具是（如图），应该是有几天没做卫生清洁了，对于我来说，肯定不会用它，但第一感觉就是随便给了我们一个房间，当时问那工作人员这房间多钱的，她随口就回答600多，我晕，大姐，我们订可不是这个价格，因为我们带了小孩也没过多追究。
4、第二天一早发信息让送点洗衣液，答应了说等下忙完就送过来，直到我们第三天退房为止都没看到，也没回应！！！
5、既然定义为海景房，我想透过玻璃看海景，玻璃的清洁难道不重要吗（这个应该为物业负责）。
6、可能是定义为公寓酒店，所以我对其他的设施还比较满意。
针对以上问题，我想说的是，我从来不对任何作出评价，当然好的东西肯定会和大家分享，也不会恶意对评价任何产品，这次带小孩的厦门游，真的有点小失望！
