酒店环境非常好，打车特别方便，前台还帮忙叫出租车，早上6点起床赶飞机，问前台去机场要多久，前台说早上不堵车的，非常快，15分钟就可以到，还帮忙叫了车去机场T3，结果一点都不堵，服务员非常好哦，5星??

房间不错，很喜欢！住了两天，楼层17，视野很不错，可以看夜景～楼下有火车轨道，有点杂音。唯一绝顶不足的是隔音效果不是很好，可能我住的是1729旁边是工作间，会听到工作人员走廊交谈??不过服务态度还是不错的，马桶堵了，很及时的来处理。总体还是不错的，下次有机会会再去??

第一次订全季酒店，总体来说很满意。性价比真的挺高的。房间舒适宽敞，光线很好，风景也不错。
唯一不足的就是楼下停车位满了，还有因为这家酒店在比较里面，第一次来的话就有点找不到。建议在外面装一下指示牌。
因为靠马路，外面的噪音有点大。
在房间看完了创始人手记，不错的一本书。
总的来说很不错的体验，还会再来！

家庭房是双方间的，酒店各方面都可以，唯一不开心的是我把东西拉酒店了，酒店不主动打电话过来，只有我们主动打过去询问，也辛亏了前台服务员帮我寄了快递回去
