以前是做酒店管理的。昨天晚上才到酒店，从踏入酒店大堂开始，就感受到整体酒店一个温馨感，保安大叔第一个向我问好，走到前台，前台接待的美女和帅哥热情接待，细心询问预定情况，看到我带着孩子，想着换一间带窗户的，帅哥查看了入住和预定，确定可以帮助我换房型，然后快速办理了入住手续，前台接待给我的感觉灵活，快速，和客人沟通能力很好。入住后，房间觉得性价比相对比较高，设施设备齐全，映象最深的应该是他们用的毛巾浴巾是一次性的，用包装袋封好，让客人觉得安全、卫生。总体入住感觉良好。不过还是有一点要提出建议，房间内门没有防盗锁扣和猫眼，建议安装，提高客人安全感。入住忘了拍照片，退房就不拍了。
