位置離鬧區近，到了局口街還是打電話請老闆來接，因為沒招牌難找，問人也不知道，老闆服務好，有什麼問題都可以問的，床偏硬，看來乾淨，隔音不好，設施簡陋了些，靠街頭的房會吵，靠後巷的較安靜，冷氣熱水都有，出水量小些，不影響，自助行可以，算是民宿，值這個價!

虽然住的条件不是很好，空调、wife都有，卫生间是独立的，但位置是相当的便利，出门不远就是繁华的中山路，要想离中山路近，住这里还是不错的选择，老板人也非常好，有什么问题他都会热心解答。住了三天，挺划算的

老板和老板娘的服务态度很好，有点像住在自己家里那样随和的感觉，这是一个家庭旅馆，虽然外观看上去有点旧，楼梯和卫生间也有点小，但地理位置很好，离中山路和轮渡都很近，交通方便，周围都是厦门特色的小吃店，而且底层是老板自己开的小饭店，价格实惠，住了四天，挺划算的

老板人很好，告诉我们旅游攻略，怎么避开人流高峰期。我们有四个人，住的是两张1.5米的床，有独立卫生间，基础设备都有。地段特别好，厦门人的一天是从快中午的时候开始的，晚上估计要到一两点才结束。老板还开了家餐馆，手艺非常好，我们北方人吃不惯海鲜，我印象最深刻的是这里的客家菜和川菜，顿时带来了家乡的味道，住了五天，下次来的时候还要过来这里住。
