价格是略贵的，从没感受过的低层海景房，总体而言还不错。交通很方便，出门就是公交车，想去鼓浪屿，厦大都很方便。从鼓浪屿返程直接做到中山路这里，下船就是酒店，还是不错的。出门右拐就是中山路，吃的真的超级多，如果预算充足的话，住在这里还是非常不错的
