入住前提前一天晚上打电话咨询过能否三个大人一起住，明明电话里说可以的，等到晚上入住酒店却说没有这回事…这分明就是欺骗，大晚上了也没有房间可以定，房间也预付了，只能害得我们半夜的出去找酒店住，找了几间最后才找到，又重新回到酒店，不得不说这家酒店的服务速度太慢，态度也不好，爱理不理的，要不是预付了房间，真想就这样走掉，比起第一间酒店真的差太多，还不给寄存行李，其他酒店都可以，让我们晚上的来回跑
真心觉得一点都不够好，起码端正你们的态度对待客人，别人善意说话，却一点礼貌性都没有，差评！！！
