下了飞机打车由于司机不知道酒店在哪里，打电话问前台，接待的服务员非常机械式的回答让人感觉非常不舒服，问了三遍都没有说明具体的位置在哪里，当时我的心里就已经感觉到了这家酒店的人员服务态度不怎么样，到了酒店前台更是印证了这点，我领着八岁的孩子入住，前台非要孩子出示身份证证明，否则不可入住，非常气愤，全国走了无数的城市，出国也有很多次了，这是头一次遇到这样的问题，

差评！在房间有蟑螂，蟑螂，蟑螂！
我是睡醒之后，才在床上发现的，已经死在我的床上了。。。简直太恶心了。。。。
前台有个男生，态度极其恶劣，爱答不理，还甩脸色。。。
酒店不给开入住流水，可是报销需要，艺龙客服帮忙跟酒店沟通也不行，最后还是艺龙帮忙开的入住流水，艺龙客服很棒！
酒店位置倒是还可以，离厦门站和中山路都不远。但是卫生是硬伤。。。
