一星都嫌多，黄公馆精品酒店高能预警，建议大家不要去！中午1点多订的酒店，1点半就收到确认短信了，可是下午六点坐轮渡的时候，轮渡的工作人员说酒店没有把我们的入住信息报上去，不能买票上岛。打电话给酒店的工作人员，一个男生接的电话，先是暗示我不要住了，我们抗议了才说去找人处理。处理到快7点，打几个电话过去问，不是说正在处理就是不接电话还说手头很多麻烦事要处理，最后一个女负责人接电话的时候居然说怪我们不提前打电话提供信息。我问我在酒店有没有预订，说有，然后我问难道你们酒店能预订不一定能住房吗？那个负责人说有可能。我问那我接到酒店的确认短信怎么说，她说那个是预订网站发的，跟她们没关系。。。然后我再问为什么网站跟他们都没有告诉我们除了预订姓名之类的还要提供其他信息，酒店负责人说这是我跟网站的问题！
**，这是什么破酒店，虽然不知道他们的房间跟位置怎么样，就冲这个服务真应该给-10086的分！ 现在还在轮渡门口等回复，订了这家酒店真心伤不起！
还有就是艺龙打电话过去问的时候，居然说房间安排没问题，，是我没办法过来，丝毫不提该把客人信息提供给轮渡的事情！ 到最后说要不免费取消吧，没有道歉更没对不
