1、前台服务人员技术没问题，但是太冷漠；5楼打扰阿姨非常热情，心地善良，能随时为客户着想！
2、厦门这么热，楼道几乎没有冷气，太热了！房间冷气没问题
3、大厅后面的门经常不关，工作人员视若无睹，所以进到大厅依然感觉不凉爽！

服务态度很好，离店还送了矿泉水。很贴心。离地铁口也很近的。周边有个明发商业广场吃饭阿，什么的都特别方便。挺不错的。下次还会入住。

前台小姐姐服务态度很好，很有耐心。疫情期间入住比较繁琐，他们都很好耐心的，地点也很好，周边吃东西，很方便。房间打扫的很干净。我拍的照片是对面喝饮料的地方。很漂亮。他们家还有机器人送餐。
