入住时房间还没有收拾，我们把东西放房间有看了一下被子枕头想确认一下回来的时候是不是真的会换新的。结果很让人失望没有换新的，还是之前的被子床单枕头套就换了一个另外一个没有换！！！！然后找了前台人员跟他说了情况他并没有表示很惊讶跟我说那阿姨都下班了我给你新的你们自己换吧！也只能自己换了，结果换的时候看到他给我们新的床单是破的一边一个洞那边一个的，我们真的真的生气很无奈觉得说好的卫生干净可以放心的呢！！
