本人长期出差，基本每月住酒店10间夜以上，第一次写这么多评论一个酒店，一个人～～
18日晚上入住时，电梯门口的保安真是牛上天了，坐在那边玩手机，一幅大爷的样子。因为厦门金砖会议，酒店安装指纹安检门，门开启时间只有2秒，行李太多，试了好多次都挡住，火爆脾气保安指手画脚嘲讽我开不了门，态度及其恶劣。
我说这就是你一个酒店工作人员的素质？你不帮忙就算，态度这么恶劣，还玩手机？（保安有遥控钥匙，可以帮忙开门，第二天早上退房一个大伯保安看我行李多主动帮我开门）
保安牛*回复，关你什么事？仍然继续玩手机游戏～～
确实不关我的事情，出门在外，没必要争执，但是不知道这位保安是否就代表着酒店的服务态度。厦门作为一个刚刚开完金砖会议的旅游城市，一名酒店在工作时间玩手机的保安，在客户无法正常通过指纹安检门的情况下，非但没有给予帮助，还嘲讽客人～～～～
基本每个月都要来厦门出差，一直都喜欢厦门这个热情，干净，美丽的城市。可是这样的酒店工作人员，真的是～～～希望酒店管理能够看到点评，谢谢！

酒店很新，很干净！交通也还好，走个几百米就有公交车！服务员也挺好的，帮忙换了双床房！
