给客户订的酒店、已经用自己的卡支付，可酒店居然让客户自己付费，还➕了担保金，给我超出无法挽回的损失。客户将哈根达斯卡遗忘在酒店里，结果酒店的回复说没有，就这种素质的酒店真是丢了厦门的脸，以后不会再订这家酒店418元真不值得差，太差，且酒店人员并未联系我，服务太差
