前台和大堂经理的服务很周到、热情。房间很舒适。早餐品种多。有停车场，便于停车。适合旅游和公出。酒店工作人员都很有礼貌，能主动解答客人的疑问。看得出员工很敬业，也很热爱企业和岗位。酒店所处位置交通方便，便于第一次到厦门的客人出行和归店。

酒店价位合理，早餐不错，房间干净整洁，虽然略小，但两个人住还是可以的。出行也很方便，步行几分钟就有公交车站，最赞的是酒店有免费的机场班车，虽然需要提前一天预订并且班次不是很频繁，但这个价位有这么贴心服务已经很好了，总之性价比很高。
