  非常完美的一次旅行，酒店不管是服务还是硬件设施都是现阶段厦门地区最好的，之前住的也大都是豪华酒店为了给孩子一个干净整洁舒适的环境，但是这个酒店是从我一下车开门拿行李到进酒店办理入住手续都有人全程陪同，后面给小朋友加被子各种要求也都是有求必应，也要表扬下办理入住时黄昆昆看我们全家人多免费给升级到了豪华海景房，面积也比之前定的更大了，服务员黄黎明在打扫卫生时看到家里有人生病还加了好多矿泉水这些细致周到的服务都给我们全家带来了非常满意的住宿环境

  酒店硬件设施很棒，法式风情，外面的游步道骑车跑步绝佳，风景美不胜收，边上滩涂上还有大量小螃蟹，厦门旅游不二之选，但是因为地处岛外，建议自驾出游。建议酒店把客房的洗护用品提升下档次，另外早餐有前一天的回炉食物

  来厦门度过双节，就和家人选择在厦门特房波特曼七星湾酒店度过。在这边感受到了热情服务，让人觉得很贴心。在办理入住的时候，前台王柳菁特别热情，在办理入住的时候还会简单的介绍一下酒店设施。在入住过程中，还有贵宾服务主任郭茂源来拜访我们。询问我们是否住的习惯，还送了我们小曲奇。真的很喜欢这家酒店，有机会还会再来的。

  早餐不错，酒店豪华，服务态度很好，主动接待，房间内饰高档，用品齐全，室外泳池比较一般，太小了，酒店外面的沙滩不错，比厦门岛内的沙滩都好。步行20分钟可以到阳光小镇吃饭。

  非常好的酒店，设施很新，服务态度非常的好！前台的小哥哥帅的没话说，还给免费升级了房间，就算是国庆加价，这个价格也是很超值了！太开心??????可以玩的东西也很多，吃的也特别好，非常非常满意！就在海边，视野超级无敌美！
