正常酒店都是2点退房，这个酒店12点退房从头到尾都不说，也没打一个电话告知，12.30退房，还扬言超时要收费，服务也差劲，太差劲👎🏻很不满意的一次住宿

看到这条评论的千万千万别定这个云之晨酒店，首先一进去前台吊啦巴叽的，拉着脸，然后其他几位服务人员也是态度恶劣，真的让人很不舒服，我是一个比较容易原谅人的人，但是这家酒店的服务态度，实在忍受不了，然后房间空调调到16度也没有风 热的很 来个个人洗空调 最后还是没用，我说给我换一间，说什么这个房间我拿东西进来了，想换一间就要加30块打扫费，我觉得很可笑，然后给了我一把破风扇，宝宝要看电视 也是很卡 说这是电信的就这样。然后人就走了……房间窗户也是一个非常小的，总之很想爆粗口，垃圾 ！。

我们定的是家庭房，8306，酒店唯一的缺点就是门牌太小，差点就走过了，环境还不错，干净整洁，客服也很好，门口的海鲜餐厅和酒店不是一家的，我们订的房间有个露台，可惜晚上下雨，没能在晚上欣赏一下夜景，我们的房间能看见日光岩，遗憾，多云，没看到太阳升起。日光岩5:30以前去不要门票，大概是因为售票员没上班吧，🤫这是个小秘密哦。
